MA Student-Interns

The CHELPS Student Internship Programme was first launched in September 2025 as a student-centred, co-constructive programme, designed to empower students as active partners in learning and research.

The internship offers:

⭐️ Student-centred experiences where students' goals, ideas, and interests shape the work
⭐️ Co-constructive activities that let students collaborate with staff and peers to design and deliver meaningful projects
⭐️ Engagement in CHELPS’ research agenda, contributing directly to live initiatives
⭐️ Hands-on development that builds confidence, skills, and real impact
⭐️ A collaborative community where students' voice genuinely matters

Together, We Co-create; We Contribute; We Lead.

This project series aims to examine access, engagement, outcomes, and innovation in international higher education in Hong Kong. It includes a set of sub-projects by pairing non-local MA students in Hong Kong with early-career researchers outside Hong Kong, positioning students as active knowledge creators and taking co-lead roles in research design and development.
