第二届高等教育领导与政策研究中心会议

CHELPS 2nd Annual Conference: Global Higher Education Reimagined:
New Perspectives and Opportunities

About the Conference

Global higher education has stimulated the development of new international programmes, partnerships and mobility schemes, and thus created amazing opportunities for innovation and learning across cultures and contexts over the past few decades. However, the recent structural and epistemic transformations caused by geopolitics, technological changes, and competition, raised significant concerns about the future of the field. Is the future of global higher education sustainable? What effects do the challenges of geopolitics, competition, and nationalism create for cross-border learning and collaborations? How can scholars and practitioners in the domain of global higher education confront these challenges to develop new strategies for research, teaching and learning? What can the new generations of professionals in the field learn from the transformations of the recent decades? This conference will bring together prominent scholars, students and professional stakeholders to discuss the trends, challenges and prospects of global higher education.
