We are delighted to have hosted Prof Hamish Coates for a special lecture on "Mapping Higher Education in Asia – Developments, Trends and Possible Future" for our students in the MA(Global(HE)) Programme on 6 March 2026.
Prof Coates, a leading international scholar in higher education with deep expertise in Asian systems and global trends, delivered an insightful and forward-looking presentation that sparked tremendous interest. Our students remained highly engaged throughout the session, raising thoughtful and provocative questions that enriched the discussion and filled the room with vibrant intellectual energy.
It was inspiring to see such active participation and genuine curiosity about the future of higher education in our region. A big thank you to Prof Coates for sharing his expertise and to everyone who made this event so successful.
