This afternoon (14th April 2026), CHELPS welcomed Professor Simon Marginson for a compelling seminar titled “‘What School did you go to?’ Status Competition as a determining factor in higher education”.
The room was energised as Professor Marginson unpacked how status competition shapes the sector. Participants responded with insightful questions and thoughtful reflections that pushed the conversation even further.
